I have been taking Olive here since she was puppy. I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming and incredibly professional. The front desk team made check-in smooth and quick, and waiting are was clean and comfortable. Olive has seen multiple vets there and all the vets take their time to thoroughly examine her and explain everything in details. I appreciate how they answered all my patiently and offered thoughtful recommendations without pushing unnecessary treatments. What stood out most was the genuine care they showed not just for my dog, but for me as a concerned pet parent. The follow up call the next day to check on my dog was lovely touch. I highly recommend Brandon Lakes Animal hospital to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinary team. They truly go above and beyond!

I can’t say enough great things about Brandon Lakes Veterinary Clinic! We brought our new puppy in for a visit, and the entire team was so warm, welcoming, and patient. The staff took their time answering all of our questions, making sure we understood everything about our puppy’s care and vaccinations. The vet was incredibly gentle and caring, and you can tell they truly love animals. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs so smoothly — we barely had to wait at all. I left feeling confident that our puppy is in the best hands possible. Highly recommend them to any pet parent!

Really happy we found this vet. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff is super nice. My dog is usually really anxious at the vet, but Dr. Haire was wonderful. She really took the time to make my dog feel comfortable, and you can tell she genuinely cares. Definitely planning to keep coming here.

This Vet office is the absolute best! We have been going here for years, and we would not trust the care of our 15 (almost 16!) year old Yorkie Peanut to anyone else. Dr.’s Rodriguez and Santiago are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and the time they take to explain diagnoses and treatments is top notch. All the front office staff and vet techs are so nice and caring as well. We feel more like family vs a customer when there. Highly recommend if you are looking for a vet in the Brandon/Riverview areas.
